DEPOSIT POLICY – CARD ON FILE

A Deposit is required to hold your appointment and goes towards final price of of the procedure.  Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE if you cancel, no show, or reschedule within 48hrs of your appointment.

A valid card on file is require3d to secure all appointments. By scheduling, you authorize our system to charge the card on file in the event of a late cancellation or no-show. 

Appointments are booked in advance with plenty of time to ensure scheduling, when an appointment gets cancelled or rescheduled it takes time, to text, call or email to rebook the appointment gap.  

CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULE POLICY

We are a business so last minute cancellations and rescheduling does effect us, as it takes time to rebook your appointment. Please plan ahead when scheduling to keep your commitment to us!

We understand that emergencies come up and appreciate communication and notice by email or text. In such emergencies when notice is given we will try our best to reschedule you and fill the appointment time. In the event you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment we request 48hr notice, if you cancel before the 48hrs your deposit is forfeited. No shows will be considered a forfeited of the deposit. 
Rescheduling or Cancelling too many times (3), you are no longer allowed to book without paying for the service in full.

A touch up is NOT included in the promotion and is offered at a discounted price
Honoring all vouchers- even if expired. 

Cancellation and ” No Show” Policy still upholds for your service too! Your card on file will be subject to charge. (See above policies).

We work very close together and there can be sensitivities to smells or allergies to some perfumes.

At our Beauty Studio we have taken extra steps to make sure our studio is clean, and sanitized after each client.
