DEPOSIT POLICY

A Deposit is required to hold your appointment and goes towards final price of of the procedure.  Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE if you cancel, no show, or reschedule within 72hrs/ 3 days of your appointment. Appointments are booked in advance with plenty of time to ensure scheduling, when an appointment gets cancelled or rescheduled it takes time, texts, calls, emails, & social media to rebook the appointment.  

If a deposit is not collected at time of scheduling and you cancel or no show an invoice will be emailed to you by PayPal or by mail in the amount of $50- FULL SERVICE price.  30 days to be paid or sent to a local collection agency. You will not be allowed to reschedule without paying upfront for the full service.

CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULE POLICY

We are a business so last minute cancellations and rescheduling does effect us, as it takes time to rebook your appointment. Please plan ahead when scheduling to keep your commitment to us!

We understand that emergencies come up and appreciate communication and notice by email or text. In such emergencies when notice is given we will try our best to reschedule you and fill the appointment time. In the event you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment we request 3- 5 days notice, if you cancel before the 3 days your deposit is forfeited. No shows will be considered a forfeited of the deposit. 

Rescheduling or Cancelling too many times (5), you are no longer allowed to book without paying for the service in full.

GROUPON/ LIVING SOCIAL POLICY

A deposit is not required to book since you paid a second company for a promotional value. 

Groupon/ Living Social is a great marketing company, however they take 50% of the amount you paid!

A touch up is NOT included in the promotion and is offered at a discounted price. 

We are honoring previous vouchers that are not expired and at this time is not offering the promo with Groupon or Living Social to catch up with scheduling needs. 

Therefore if you cancel or reschedule your appointment without notice, or adequate notice as listed above in polices to reschedule then an invoice from PayPal will be sent of $50- FULL SERVICE PRICE with 30 days to be paid or sent to a local collection agency. You will not be allowed to reschedule without paying upfront for the full service.

COVID POLICY

We ask that you reschedule your appointment if you are not feeling well, have symptoms, or been around someone who has tested positive for COVID.  

At our Beauty Studio we have taken extra steps to make sure our studio is clean, and sanitized after each client.
